Art Exhibition

The 2024 Sacrededge Art Exhibition features 35 works presented by twenty visual Artists. The Exhibition is launched during the Sacrededge Festival 5pm Saturday May 4, and will be on display every day 11am -4pm though Sunday May 19. Unitingqueenscliff is privileged to support the work of these Artists. Most pieces are for sale.

Visual artists are invited to submit works of art to this annual exhibition.

Sacrededge Celebrates Diversity.

The themes are:

First Nations, Refugee, LGBTIQA+, Earth & Ocean, and Wellbeing.

We are especially keen to invite artists who identify with these inclusive themes.

Artists participating in the exhibition are encouraged to offer a response to how their art practice supports their personal wellbeing and the health of the broader community.

Please include a short written response as an artist’s statement to accompany your work.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Submissions must be received by
5pm Friday 22 March.

Artists may submit up to two works.
Works must be ready for hanging.
Two-dimensional is preferred.

Art Selection Criteria:

Broadly demonstrate a response to the festival themes.
According to space available.
Final selections will be notified
by Thursday 4 April.

Sales: A 20% commission will be retained by the Queenscliff Uniting Church.

Delivery:
Please deliver Art to the Queenscliff Uniting Church office between 22-28 April.

Insurance: Artwork will be covered for loss or damage during the exhibition period.
